Neighbourhood Watch

Image of the Neightbourhood Watch logoNeighbourhood Watch is about working together as partners for a safer and more caring community. The police and other local organisations can help with advice but successful crime prevention needs everyone to work together. That includes you and your neighbours. There are 261 Neighbourhood Watches in Surrey Heath covering almost 10,000 houses.

What does Neighbourhood Watch do?

  • Finds ways to make your community safer
  • Cares for the community and for the local environment
  • Knows what to do when crime, or other emergencies, occur
  • Enables neighbours to get to know each other
  • Works together with all other agencies to make your community a better place in which to live
