Safer Surrey Heath Partnership
The Safer Surrey Heath Partnership is continuing to support the popular Youth Cafe, which is open most Friday evenings for all young people (aged 13 to 17 years) in the Surrey Heath area.
The Youth Cafe provides young people with a safe place to go to socialise and meet new people in a safe environment which is off the streets. The cafe is based at The Good Taste Coffee Shop in Camberley High Street, and is open most Friday evenings from 7.30pm to 10.00pm. A youth development worker from Surrey County Council is always on hand in the cafe during the evening to chat about any issues or concerns young people might have.
It's free to go along to the cafe - plus there's a 20 per cent discount on all purchases from the coffee shop during Youth Cafe hours.
For any further information about the Youth Cafe, please contact Jayne Boitoult, Community Development Officer, on 01276 707464 or email Jayne.Boitoult@surreyheath.gov.uk
